This project proposes a new, full motion, approximately 1,000 square foot LED digital display to be affixed to the facade of the existing commercial building to display paid advertising, artwork, civic announcements and content promoting the city, including the Third Street Promenade. The proposed digital display is consistent with the Digital Display District Ordinance. This project also proposes the reconstruction of a historic blade sign for identification signage for use by future tenants.
